Design Office

Our design center is the backbone of our  unit, packed with the very latest in computer Hardware and Software  (CAD/CAM) We have IDEAS, Unigraphics, (with 5 Axis module) Cimatron  Softwares.
 

Tool Room Facilities

Our Tool Room is equipped with 6 Axis & 3 Axis Machining Centers, Milling Machines, E.D.M Machines, Lathe Machines, Surface Grinding machines Radial Drilling Machines etc & with the application of software including CAD/CAM, we are capable of designing & Fabricating of quality moulds. With capability of our tool room consisting of sophisticated equipment, we eliminate the trials and errors of moulds & also reduce the development time.

Moulding Shop

Our Moulding Shop is equipped with High-Tech Moulding Machines of Ferromatik Milacron  from 55 tons to 180 tons. Moulding Machines are closed loop & fitted with Motan Hopper Dryer & Variable Displacement Pumps to achieve high quality consistency suitable for Moulding of Precision Industrial Components

Raw Materials

We use engineering plastic as raw material such as Polycarbonate, Dilrin, Clear Acrylic, Heat resistance ABS, Teleckfilled PP, Nylon & Also Glass filled Nylon etc.

Quality Control Deptt

Inspection is an important tool both at design and production phase.
With emphasis on quality , we have team of qualified engineers & diploma holders & quality control deptt is equipped with Profile Projector fitted with digital readout system, Digital Height Gages, Digital Indicators, fitted on stands, digital vernier calipers & Micrometers, Bore gauges ( go & no go), Digital Dial Bore gage for internal Measurement, Test Indicators, Illuminated Magnifier for Visual Inspection.
